Datuk Nur Jazlan was appointed to the Board of TM on 1 June 2004. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, Council Member and Chairman of Public Relations Committee of Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Datuk Nur Jazlan is also a Council Member of the ASEAN Federation of Accountants.

Mr. Yusof Annuar bin Yaacob is the CEO of TMI. A Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and also Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He started his career with Landmarks Berhad ("Landmarks"). While in Landmarks, Yusof Annuar bin Yaacob was also appointed as the Company Secretary to all of Landmarks subsidiary companies.

Dr Fadhlullah Suhaimi Abdul Malek is the General Manager of Corporate Strategy & Services for TM Net Sdn Bhd a wholly owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad. He has been with TM Net Sdn Bhd since 1997 when it was a division of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

Mr Rossman bin Omar holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois, University, USA in Electrical Engineering. He started his career with Telekom Malaysia in 1984 as Assistant Manager, Operation and Maintenance Division (Transmission) in Sarawak.
