Mr. Yusof Annuar bin Yaacob is the Chairman of Multinet Board. A Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and also Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He completed his Chartered Institute of Management Accountants professional examination from the London School of Accountancy in 1987.

He has both investments banking and corporate management experience. He started his career with Landmarks Berhad ("Landmarks"). While in Landmarks, Yusof Annuar bin Yaacob was also appointed as the Company Secretary to all of Landmarks subsidiary companies. Later Yusof left for Merill Lynch & Co. in Singapore in 1997 and was subsequently seconded to Smith Zain Securities Sdn Bhd as an Executive Director. He also serves as the Executive Director of OCB Berhad as well as a Member of its Board Audit Committee, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of General Soil Engineering Holding Berhad and Director of Can-One Berhad and KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad. His investment banking career included stints at S.G. Warburg & Co (now known as UBS Warburg), ING Barings Securities Singapore and the Merrill Lynch & Co affiliate in Malaysia

He was the CEO of TM International Sdn Bhd from June 2005 till March 2008. Dato’ Yusof is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad. He is also a Board member of a number of companies within the TMI Group operating internationally that includes, inter-alia, Dialog Telekom Plc (Sri Lanka), PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk (Indonesia), TM International (Bangladesh) Limited, Spice Communications Limited (India), MobileOne Ltd (Singapore), Samart I-Mobile Public Company Limited (Thailand),Samart Corporation Public Company Limited (Thailand), Multinet Pakistan (Private) Limited and Mobile Telecommunications Company of Esfahan (Iran).
