Dato' Yusof Annuar bin Yaacob is the Chairman of Multinet Board. A Chartered Accountant by profession. He has had investment banking, corporate management and telecommunication experience throughout his career.

Dr Fadhlullah Suhaimi Abdul Malek is the General Manager of Corporate Strategy & Services for TM Net Sdn Bhd a wholly owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad. He has been with TM Net Sdn Bhd since 1997 when it was a division of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

Azwan Khan bin Osman Khan is the Group Chief Strategy Officer. His area of responsibilities includes Group Corporate Strategy, Group Marketing and Product Development, Group Synergies, Strategic Initiatives, Branding and Corporate Communications.

Mr Mohd Noor bin Omar is currently the Vice President of Group Performance Improvement Management Office of TM International. He is an accountant by profession and a Chartered member of Malaysia Institute of Accountant.
