CIR package:
CIR is an abbreviation for Committed Information
Rates. It’s an individual package without any sharing in which customer
will get the committed/ guaranteed bandwidth.
Shared
Packages:
In these types of packages bandwidth is shared between the particular
numbers of customers depending upon the contention ratio. We are offering
three types of contention ratios:
1:3 means bandwidth is shared between three customers.
1:5 means bandwidth is shared between five customers.
1:10 means bandwidth is shared between ten customers.
VPN:
VPN stands for virtual private network. You can take this service if you
want to transfer data locally between two locations (e.g. between home
& office or between two factories – within city or outside city).
Volume
Base (GB) Packages:
These are packages with the monthly utilization limit (e.g. 4GB package
means that you can use up to 4GB in a limited time period). These are
CIR (committed information rates) packages. These volume based packages
have total throughput limit defined including uploading & downloading
activities on the internet.
