Hardware Procurement and Deployment
A team of Multinet administrators will order the necessary hardware components and build the client’s server(s) to their specifications.

OS Installation and Configuration
A team of Multinet administrators will manage the installation and configuration of your operating system.

Full Monitoring
All monitoring will be 24 x 7 x 365 by our Network Operations staff. All monitoring shall start at the hardware level and continues up through the Operating System.

Server Access
Multinet may allow the client full root or administrative access and you will have complete/ partial control over installing custom or unique applications. (This is subjective to the policy)

Administration Support
Multinet shall provide full hardware maintenance and 24-hour, onsite, technical support is available.
Security

Multinet consultants can work with you to implement security methods that will insure the integrity of your server.
